Handmade Decorative Plate "Soleil"

Handmade Ceramic Plate with whimsical sun motif.  The front features a friendly sun face that with an artisinal hand-glazed finish in yellow, white and blue.  The sun design is raised/ so it has a 3 dimensional feel.  Back of the plate is unglazed in center and has some black markings (that could possibly be removed).  Plate stamped c.  Date/ Artist unknown but appears to be handmade and special.
